How do I order your merchandise?
You can order my merchandise online through several different companies. To buy royalty free stock photos, you can choose between Dreamstime or other agencies. In order to purchase the images, you may have to create a free account with the company of your choice (s). Prices will vary depending on how you use the image. Size is also a factor. For example, at iStockphoto an extra small sized image will cost you about a buck. However, a large sized image will cost about ten dollars or more.
I'm a non-exclusive artist at these agencies which means I sell the same images at multiple agencies. In order to compete with one another, these agenceis will have different prices (I have little to no control over the cost of the images). So if you feel like some of the images are too expensive, then you can simply use another agency.
In case you're wondering why I bother submitting to so many different agencies, it's because some people will only buy from a certain company regardless of the price; so if I were to only submit my images to one agency, then I would lose those buyers (in theory). For a list of companies that I currently submit images to, click here.
If you're interested in buying prints, stamps, magnets; etc then you may enjoy my merchandise store. The company that I sell the images through is known as Zazzle, and they will take care of any questions you might have. But feel free to email me if you're confused about something. As for searching at the Jrtmedia Zazzle store, the easiest method is to simply enter your search terms into the search box. This "search box" is located towards the upper left corner of the page. You can also click on the links or some of the images to bring up other similar items.
How do I pay you for your services?
You may pay me either through Paypal, with a money order, by credit card, or with a debit card. If you use companies like iStockphoto, Alamy, or Zazzle to buy my products then you will pay them instead of me; I will then receive a commission from the sale. RFStocks is my very own microstock site, so if you buy from them I will receive the full price (minus Paypal fees and taxes).
What other uses does your website provide?
Well, if you need something to read I have articles that you can take a look at. Just click on the articles link at the top of this page or click here. You can also buy some of these articles through a company called Constant Content. Games and other leisure activities are available for your viewing pleasure. Just click the "fun stuff" link towards the top right of this page. Or just click here.
Do you sell your customer list or any other information?
Nope.
I am having trouble viewing parts of your website.
Try enabling JavaScript, make sure you have downloaded the latest Flash plugin (for the games), and turn off any ad blocking programs. No annoying pop-up ads are used, and there are no malicious programs for you to worry about. There is only the occassional ad or referral link, but I try to make them as unobtrusive as possible.
Oh, and if you still use versions of Internet Explorer 6 or less then this website may not display correctly. You may either upgrade to a later version of IE, or use another browser if you encounter any difficulties. And don't forget that you can always alter the text size by using the ctrl + or ctrl - keys. Mac users will use the command key instead of ctrl. The Ctrl + or - keys will also alter the size of the Flash games; just make sure you click off the game first.
I have a question that's not covered in the Faqs, what should I do?
Simple. Email Jrtmedia.
