Browser Compatibility -

With all of the different browsers that exist these days, it can be a nightmare if you want to build a website. Compatibility issues can be exhausting. But it is worth it to do it correctly.

I'm afraid that optimizing your website for different browsers can be quite time consuming. In most cases, you can expect to have to test all of your webpages. Especially, if you're using HTML. However, it's no longer difficult to obtain help for this task.

You could test your website's browser compatibility all by yourself, especially if it's a small website. However, if you have a large website then you may wish to seek out help. One way to do this is to simply go to a forum. It doesn't really matter if the forum is specifically for testing websites, it only matters that they have your website link and question.

After you ask your question and provide a link in the forum, just sit back and wait for the responses. Just make sure that the forum you visit is a popular one, or you may not receive a response. You should also be prepared for negative responses because there are a lot of rude people in the world.

Another way to determine whether or not your website is working correctly on different browsers is to simply email some friends or family, and ask them to test out your website for you.

This way, you'll probably avoid the really rude people. And don't forget that just because your website works fine in Internet Explorer on a PC that doesn't mean it will work well on a Mac with Internet Explorer.

So be sure to question your testers as to the type of browser, and computer that they used. It's still a fairly complicated process, but it can be done. One way to simplify your browser compatibility issues is by using a web design program called Adobe Flash.

Flash automatically makes your website compatible in all browsers; it will even publish the HTML code for you. It's a useful program if you want to reduce the amount of browser compatibility testing for your website.

There are many ways to test your websites compatibility with other browsers. It can be a pain, but it's a necessary evil. After all, it would be far worse if your website didn't work correctly. And there are ways to simplify the process, so all is not lost.
